BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
Object was brilliant white, moving at terrific speed. She showed two red blinking lights while hovering. All movements were vertical at varying angles. Known a/c in the area, and it was identified. Nonzero ultimate possibility of Astro clutter noise. See report of Capt Pilot performed by a Car Pilot at [STAMP:]
