10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object observed following Pilot Airplane (EC-4) for about 20 miles at 2000 ft and turned back. Object reported to be a star because of brilliant light it carried. Several other lights were seen on it also. Object appeared to be moving very slowly. Radar was unable to pick-up object. Object observed to pass under Venus headed South.
