10. CONCLUSION [REDACTED] Object was like used such as a balloon being blown in the air. Description of action and object hard to thin evaluation. No indication that this could UFO have been the case.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS One object observed in front of our car hill. Appeared to be a round object about 6 ft in diameter. Had center of empty white about 2 ft in diameter at the outer ring was purple white. Location: Mill location, [ILLEGIBLE] to [ILLEGIBLE]. Time: [ILLEGIBLE] to 20:00, duration of the best order: [ILLEGIBLE] to [ILLEGIBLE]. Observed for about 3/4 minute during which time the object covered 15 degrees of arc. No sound, no odor, nothing but at about 1/2 mile distance. Object moved to right, then car moved over hill to part down into dip and then up again and object did not move, but shifting, so a change in direction. Object shot out presumably from clouds.
