10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Color was yellowish white to orange to green. Speed same as fast jet. Shape round. Size, 6" dia at 4" length. Source observed object from H-3 N-H-3W. Viewed approximately 10 sec. It was first sighted 45 deg above the horizon, descended at about 60 deg to just above the horizon.
