10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Elliptical object, flat in appearance, light tan color, no noise or exhaust. Moved over observer location from WNW slowly at estimated altitude of 2500 to 3000 ft. In wallowing manner, hovered and disappeared rising rapidly at 60 deg angle. Disappeared from sight in approximate 20 sec after object started to ascend.
11. COMMENTS Winds from NW at 6,000 ft plus, Object moved with wind and rising. Object sighted from TC a/c at 09/3 40 mi SW of Spokane Wash, Described as circular and glistening. Case evaluated as balloon sighting.
