11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS File eight filed from RAF files on subject. High pitched whine whine whine-whine. Looked up and saw 6 objects flying in formation. In sight for very short period and flight was at high speed. Speed constant. Shape similar to V-2 Rocket. Paper trails followed objects. Trail extended about 40 ft.
