Observation of the Star VSGA at 45 deg elevation in the NE.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was first sighted on the horizon and continued in a straight ascent to an angular elevation of approximate 45 deg elevation when object disappeared from view. Appeared to be round for the first 45 minutes, and then gradually changed to the shape of an ice-cream cone. Color: white and orange.
