11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers sighted an object with a short, rounded nose, very short wings rounded at the tips. There was [ILLEGIBLE] no trail or noise. It appeared as a dark object having a dull gray or silver finish. It was very fast.
