11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object described as being 15 feet high and three feet wide, containing 11 quarter moons 6 inches in diameter. Object has orange color and gave off sufficient light to cast shadows. Object was seen at 25 feet for 15 minutes, staying at this height and moved south 1500 feet in two hours. Another witness stated that she saw the object and she thought it was the moon.
