The object is pie-shaped of a cast aluminum alloy of ordinary commercial quality. The concave side covered by a snow bank underneath the metal of a silver gun barrel. The surface of the object are rough, indicating that this metal may have been split from a larger piece. The rounded edge of the object is apparently a finished edge.
