11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was round, black in color, with a glare similar to its illumination from a propulsion on the sun's surface and a steady rate of speed. No noise or glare appeared to be heard in a direction of direction and disappeared into the night. Two airships were observed traveling at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,500 feet at a speed of 45 to 50 miles per hour at 23:45 and 23:51 DST.
