11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was the size of a fist at arm's length. Silver in color and appeared to be semi-transparent. No sound or exhaust trail. Radar sight unit at Carswell AFB unit released a balloon at 2000 local which passed over the position of the observer.
