10. CONCLUSION Other (GROUND LIGHTS/AUTOMOBILE HEADLIGHTS) Automobile headlights on a low haze cover going along the highway going up and down hills would give the same description indicated.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was apparent size of automobile headlight with a yellowish tinge. Round and just above horizon. Object was duller than star with brightness of flashlight covered with yellow paper. Object moved up and down and sideways to level flight.
