11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted what appeared to be an amber light. It was moving slowly and it appeared as an airplane with landing lights. The light was turned off and a sound, like the drone of B-29 motors, was heard. Sparks were seen trailing the object.
