BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
Observer sighted a red and gray object which appeared to be tumbling in a forward direction. It was seen for a few seconds. Observers sighted what appeared to be four parachutes except that no shroud lines or bodies could be seen. They looked just like the canopy of a chute, reflecting a pure white color. They vanished in an Easterly direction. One observer was firmly convinced that they were parachutes.
