11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted what appeared to be a sphere moving at a high rate of speed in a straight path. It seemed to have a red fire at the center with blue at the edges. It was heading North leaving a slight trail. Object was seen for a few seconds.
