REMARKS

From 0950 to 1008, multiple pilots reported seeing lights off in the distance around or past RZC VOR (ADM360020, 37,000 feet, 075 heading). It appeared that there were 1-5 white lights with different brightness moving vertically and horizontally. It would appear and disappear quickly. All the aircraft that reported this were traveling east bound on a heading of about a 070-090 and altitudes between FL36O-FL37O. Starlink does have these characteristics.
