Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the left side while NE bound at FL350. The unknown phenomenon was 2-5 lights moving up and down then left and right above the horizon. PIC unable to determine how far away they were or actual altitude. The UAP was not observed on ATC facility radar system. No impact to ATC services.
