Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the front while inbound to BHM from the south. The unknown phenomenon was bright lights, changing in intensity, circling counterclockwise north of BHM at high altitude. Two other aircraft, N414CY, C208, BHM-MDQ and SKQ37, PC12, BTR-BHM, also reported same lights in same location.
