REMARKS

Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon what appeared to be 10 feet off the nose while E bound at FL330, 10 NM WNW of LFD. The unknown phenomenon was a small circular object with flashing white lights, proceeded to depart the field of view below and to the right. No evasive maneuvers were made. No LEO notification provided.
