Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while NE bound at FL390, in the vicinity of LIT. The unknown phenomenon was reported as 2 and 3 blinking lights at an altitude well above FL390 steady over LIT. Multiple ACFT observed the lights. NORAD reports Starlink satellites in the area. AWO advised.
