Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the 12 o'clock while NNE bound at FL330, 1,050 miles off the E coast of the Carolinas, LAT/LONG 3208N/5750W. The crew observed 2 aircraft North of their position operating in a formation in a North to South racetrack pattern. 3-5 minutes laps with one trailing the other by 5 seconds. Looks like a fast Jet Cap. They area estimated to be 40-50 miles ahead at approximately at or above FL400. LEO not notified.
