REMARKS

At 1000 aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the left while SE bound at FL370, 10 NM S of MHK. The unknown phenomenon was reported as airborne lights traveling left to right. ATC queried pilot for additional information and verified pilot did not think it was lasers. Nearby military range was queried and no range activity or flares deployed at the time of sighting. No other sightings or reports.
